" I was sceptical when first trying the course. I started and found the course interesting. I was totally absorbed by what I was reading and so did not weigh myself daily. After 2 weeks I decided to weigh myself. All I had done up to this point was to read and absorb what Dr Frank was saying in his material. I had not even thought about dieting.
When I weighed myself I was shocked to see that my weight had dropped by nearly 5 KG!!
